Orbital Fabrications is a business of two halves, with one portion focussing on in-house manufacturing, whilst the other looks at on-site installation, meaning that we can provide our customers with a comprehensive service.
The in-house manufacturing side of our business encapsulates our dedicated production and machining areas, as well as our orbital welding and TIG welding capabilities. This allows us to offer a complete service, from design, engineering, product development, to production, as well as improved quality control, which in turn results in a superior finished product. Over the years, Orbital Fabrications has invested heavily in its manufacturing capabilities, giving us the ability to machine stainless steel, and high nickel content alloys. Further, our machining services allow Orbital Fabrications to produce one off parts, right the way through to continuous production of components. Our in-house manufacturing team works with our customers, to ensure that we exceed their expectations every time, creating components that perfectly suit their requirements.
On-site installations represents the other core part of our business. Orbital Fabrications is an industry leader in on-site installation, providing these services to the semiconductor, chemical, energy, process, renewables, as well as the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Our specialised teams are experienced in the on-site installation of high purity and ultra-high purity tubing, as well as electro-polished finishes, with full technical documentation and testing certificates provided once the job is completed, including leak and pressure testing certificates, welder qualifications, weld maps, and material certificates.
