Orbital Fabrications is exhibiting at the Hydrogen & Fuel Calls – Fuelling the Future Now show on the 7th March 2023 at the NCC, Solihull, UK.
The exhibition, entering its 19th year, is the largest and longest running hydrogen gathering in the UK, and is being delivered in partnership with Hydrogen UK, the UK’s leading hydrogen industry association. The conference will showcase the latest developments in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies and projects both in the UK and also internationally.
At CCSHFC 2023, Orbital Fabrications will be demonstrating our latest developments and innovations in TIG welding for fabricating complex assemblies in stainless steel, utilising both automated orbital welding techniques alongside lathe and turntable TIG welding. This is supported by recent investment and expansion of our in-house CNC machine shop.
Orbital Fabrications is an industry specialist in the field of manufacturing high purity stainless steel pipework, manifolds, and control systems for high pressure hydrogen management. Our team will be available to discuss the latest innovations and support services on offer; including comprehensive in-house design, through to test and validation, including in-house helium mass spectrometry for leak detection. High pressure testing to 1000 bar and higher is also available, along with full material certification. For high purity applications, all fabrication, assembly, and testing is conducted within our class 5 and class 6 cleanroom facilities.
