Orbital Fabrications designed, supplied and installed Process Gases to five G4 Aixtron MOCVD Systems and the provision of services associated with a further ten G4 systems for future fitment.
The gas distribution panels were designed, fabricated and tested in our certified clean room area at the Orbital Fabrications main factory and supplied to the site on the Imperial Park in Newport where an engineering team performed all the necessary installation works.
