Orbital Fabrications designed, supplied and installed Process Gases to five G4 Aixtron MOCVD Systems and the provision of services associated with a further ten G4 systems for future fitment. These systems will be used to deposit a fine layer of atoms across a semiconductor wafer.
Gas delivery panels designed, fabricated and tested in our certified clean room area at OFL main factory and supplied to the site on the Imperial Park in Newport where an engineering team performed all the necessary installation works.
