The team at Orbital offers on-site radiography non-destructive testing (NDT) of critical welds, ensuring that these welds are of the highest integrity. We can complete orbital welds on tubing varying in size from 1/4” to 4” OD. All installations are fully pressure and leak tested using helium mass spectrometers, further ensuring the quality of the finished installation. Our teams of highly skilled and qualified engineers are accustomed to working in cleanroom environments, so you can be certain any risk of contamination will be mitigated. All Orbital Fabrications’ projects are delivered with a comprehensive document package, including test certification, 3.1 material certification, and weld maps, ensuring that you have all the information you need to be certain your process pipework system has been installed to the highest quality.
