Orbital Fabrications is recruiting for an experienced technical sales representative to join our world class engineering and manufacturing company, specialising in the building of Gas and Fluid handling systems, including welding and machining of Stainless Steel and High Nickel Alloys. We manufacture equipment for niche markets in the Semiconductor, Pharma, Medical, Nuclear, fuel cell etc.

The role:

  • Office based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, with frequent Customer visits
  • Ability to manage and grow existing accounts
  • Developing sales/business in a wide range of industries with maximum focus in the Semi-Conductor sector
  • Clients and Markets to service in: Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Fuel Cell, Oil and Gas and other niche sectors
  • This is a diverse role which will enable the right candidate to get involved in interesting projects working within a wide range of industries


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the Semiconductor Sector
  • IT capability, in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Engineering Background
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Ideally Degree qualified – Technical
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Sales person who can be a technical representative for one of the UK’s leading Stainless Steel manufacturing specialists.
