It is clear to us all that we are making positive progress towards returning to some sense of normality which is welcome news. However, it is important to remember that following government advice is still paramount.
In light of this, we have been considering how we can establish good safeguarding processes that guarantee the well being of our colleagues and customers, and making sure that our employees feel confident and safe in the workplace.
We have implemented protective measures in line with the government guidelines. All staff have been briefed on the new processes going forward and how they can contribute to keeping one another safe and well.
We are implementing the 2 metre social distancing measures and have placed hand sanitisation throughout our facility.
As a responsible company, the health and safety of our customers, our partners and our staff is the highest priority as we face the challenges ahead and begin to work with our ‘new normal’. To minimise the risk of infection as far as possible, we are following all guidelines issued by Public Health England and reviewing our own policies, keeping our staff fully informed.
How we are protecting our staff :-
- 2 metre social distancing
- Protective clothing equipment for staff, where necessary
- Control of the number of employees on site at one time
- Sanitisation and washing facilities available to all staff
- Trained all staff to ensure they know how to protect themselves and visitors when on site
- Break times are now split to prevent overcrowding of any area
