Micro TIG Welding
Micro-TIG welding is the process we use for small, intricate welds that can't be performed using traditional manual TIG welding methods. Because this welding technique uses limited heat it welds with minimal distortion.
Our team of skilled welders can weld intricate assemblies down to 0.1mm (0.004") thick.
Manual Welding
Manual welding is a process which combines the controllability of the orbital welding power sources with the flexibility of our highly skilled hand welders. This allows for discrete, clean welds enhancing the appearance of the product without jeopardising the integrity of the welding.
The range of fabrications that we weld is as diverse as from micro-TIG assemblies such as fine gauge bellows through to 6" bore valve stubs.
